Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen destination of your order. To get the information about the price of delivery add the product(s) you want to purchase to the basket and proceed to checkout.
- Spain: €8, if the order is over €50 it is free.
- Europe: €10, if the order is over €100 it is free.
- Rest of the world: €15*

Deadline and delivery
Once the order is completed on our website, we will send you an email with the purchase information indicating your order number. Once the order is processed in our warehouses, we will send you an email advising of the order’s departure from our warehouses. The delivery time will start counting from the exit of our warehouses, orders placed on our website after 9am on Friday will be handled the following Monday during business hours.
- Spain: 1-5 days
- Europe: 5-10 days
- Rest of the world: 10-15 days
The longer delivery times may vary, since holidays in the destination town and Saturdays are excluded, and might take a little longer during the high season. If there is a delay in delivery due to force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, we will inform you of this circumstance.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us on email@example.com within 14 days and ship it within 30 days. We’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Because we are a small craft company, it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.
Keep in mind that the leathers are natural materials and therefore may have small marks that are not considered a material defect.
We highly recommend using tracked delivery service to return your order: the cost of this return will be borne by the customer. You should consider using a purchasing shipping insurance. Once we have received your parcel, we will proceed with the refund of the order through the same payment method used on your purchase. Bear in mind the return procedure can take up to 30 days.

We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
