These terms of sale regulate the distance sales relationship between PAPPIRO CB and the client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Management, Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
PAPPIRO CB is a company dedicated to the sale of VALENTIN DEL BARRIO leather wallets and cardholders, based in Spain and governed by Spanish and Community legislation.
- Acceptance
As a client you expressly declare to know, understand and accept the Legal Notice and these contracting conditions. In the same way, you declare to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and to act necessary to access the website of PAPPIRO CB and contracting through it.
- Purchasing process
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store, select the desired one and add it to the shopping cart. At that time you will agree to fill out a form with your delivery data – you will be informed of the use we make of your personal data. You can also read our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679- which will be taken into account to establish, in the next step, the form and shipping costs. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, would have unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain liable in front of PAPPIRO CB to the compensation of the damages and losses caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
- Return of defective product
Keep in mind that the leathers are natural materials and therefore may have small marks that are not considered a material defect but, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us on hello@valentindelbarrio.shop within 14 days and ship it within 30 days. If you are shipping items over 50€ you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Because we are a small craft company, it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.
PAPPIRO CB undertakes to bear the cost of return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.
