Question What is the capacity of the wallets and cardholder of Valentin del Barrio?
AnswerThe wallets and cardholders allows 12 to 14 cards inside and the measures are:

  • Wallets: 10 × 8 cm and 40 grams of weight.
  • Caldholders: 10 × 6 cm and 26 grams of weight.

As a leather product, the wallet and cardoholder will adapt to the number of cards you put on it and once, take note that the leather will not regain its initial shape. That is why we recommend always carrying the same number of cards in each pocket of the wallets and cardholders.

Also, keep in mind that the leathers are natural materials and therefore may have small marks that are not considered a material defect.

Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen destination of your order. To get the information about the price of delivery add the product(s) you want to purchase to the basket and proceed to checkout.

  • Spain: €8, if the order is over €100 it is free.
  • Europe: €10, if the order is over €100 it is free.
  • Rest of the world: €15*

Question How long will it take to receive my order?
AnswerThe delivery time will start counting from the exit of our warehouses.

Delivery term:

  • Spain: 1-5 days
  • Europe: 5-10 days
  • Rest of the world: 10-15 days

The longer delivery times may vary, since holidays in the destination town and Saturdays are excluded, and might take a little longer during the high season.

Question What do I have to do to return a product?
AnswerContact us on hello@valentindelbarrio.shop within 14 days and ship it within 30 days. Choose a tracked delivery service to return your order: the cost of this return will be borne by the customer. The address that should appear on the outside of the package is:

Once we have received your parcel, we will proceed with the refund of the order (minus shipment cost) through the same payment method used on your purchase. Bear in mind the refund procedure can take up to 30 days. Because we are a small craft company, it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.

AnswerIf the order is processing in our warehouses, we can modify your order as long as the product has the same value that the purchased and it has stock. Send us an email with the order number and the product you want.

Once the order is completed and has left our warehouses, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order.

Exchanges: we are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order.

The warranty will not apply if the damage is caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the product. The warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, ie wear, rips, scrapes, scratches or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect or collision; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
